Can someone else pick up my items for me?

Yes. You add them when you book the appointment, not when they turn up.
- While scheduling, add them as the authorized pickup person on your appointment.
- When they arrive, they check in with the phone number on your Nellis Auction account, not their own.
- They collect on your behalf.
Worth knowing: Changes have to be made before they check in. We cannot add or swap a name at the counter, so it is worth getting the spelling right when you book.
Once the items are handed over to the person you named, they are yours and the handover is complete.
