How do I return an item, and how long do I have?
Reviewed 2026-08-26. The Terms of Service govern; this page summarises them.
You have 7 calendar days from the moment you pick an item up to start a return. The clock runs from pickup, not from when you won it.
Worth knowing: One exception: some listings are marked No Return. Those are final, and the label is on the listing before you bid, so it is worth a look on anything you are unsure about.
- Sign in and open Purchases in your account.
- Find the item and choose to start a return.
- Pick the reason that actually matches what happened.
- Bring it back to the warehouse you collected it from.
Bring the item back in the condition it was in when you collected it, and it needs to be the same item you took home. Once it is back with us we check it over and put the money back to the card you paid with.
