What happens when I arrive to pick up?

Come on the day you booked, check in, and we bring your items out to you. Everything is already paid for by then, so there is nothing to settle at the counter.

Check in with the phone number on your Nellis Auction account.
We bring your items out to your vehicle as a courtesy. Bring help for heavy items and a vehicle that fits what you won. Under our Terms, any damage or injury during loadout is your responsibility.
Come any time on your scheduled day, up to closing.

Worth knowing: The time on your appointment is a booking, not a slot you have to hit. Any time on that day works, which is worth knowing before you move an appointment you did not need to move.
