I no longer want an item. Can I cancel?

Winning an item is a commitment to pay for it, so cancelling carries a cancellation fee of 5% of what the item sold for. If your account is in good standing, the fee is waived.
The fee is charged to your account and shows up in the Fees section, where you can see and pay it. Outstanding fees stop you bidding again until they are cleared.
Worth knowing: Whether a fee applies to your particular item depends on where it is in the process, so send us a message before you cancel and we will tell you where you stand.
