I won an item but it isn't in my cart.
A won item lands in your cart once the auction has finished closing. If it is not there, the usual reasons are that the auction is still closing, or that you were outbid in the final seconds.
- Check your bidding history for that item to see where your bid finished.
- Give a just-closed auction a few minutes to settle.
- Make sure you are looking at the account you bid from.
Worth knowing: If your history shows you won it and the cart disagrees, send us a message with the item number and we will sort out which is right.
