Our support team is here 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific, seven days a week. That is when somebody is reading messages.
Worth knowing: Warehouse hours are a different thing, and they differ by building. They are kept on the main site so they stay right through holidays and changes.
Each location has its own address and its own opening times, and your appointment is tied to the building you won the item from.
